Sindel Taylor is Mrs. Allegheny County Pennsylvania America, as well as a model and an instructor at South Hills & North Hills Beauty Academy. An advocate for heart health, Taylor speaks on behalf of the American Heart Association. Taylor also provides free haircuts through
her work with many charities, including The Veterans Leadership Program.
